By accessing or using DataHunterAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute data without written permission; attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication; or upload harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

2. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, algorithms, and scores, is owned by DataHunterAI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service during your subscription period.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DataHunterAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
